Cancellation policy:

Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If booked less than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. After that, no refunds will be issued.

BEFORE CHECK-IN

It is mandatory to fill in the data relating to each guest online and present the documents in person at the time of check-in. It is mandatory to report your presence in our country to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) within three working days of your arrival:

- Full name, date of birth, country of birth, country of residence, citizenship, identity document, document number, issuing country, arrival date and departure date.

DURING THE STAY

- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Subletting of the apartment is not permitted.
- We ask that you recycle and place your rubbish in a public bin on the street to avoid unpleasant smells.
- Make conscious use of water to avoid waste. Thank you for protecting the environment.
- Turn off all appliances, air conditioning and lights whenever you are not using them.
- Respect your neighbors, avoiding noise between 10pm (10 PM) and 8am (8 AM).
- Respect the common areas of the building.
- The building, apartment, balcony and terraces are smoke-free. Tobacco smoke adds smells that are difficult to eliminate from the apartment. A fee of €200 will be applied for specialized cleaning and immediate departure of the guest when smoke is detected.
- We have a boiler as a heating system. If you take long showers, we recommend separating them for at least an hour so they can reheat.
- If you notice any problems in the apartment, please inform us immediately.
- We offer floor and bathroom cleaning, as well as changing bed and bath linen every 7 days. We ask that you leave the apartment as clear as possible to carry out this task.

CHECK-OUT
- Before checking out, wash the dishes and take your trash to the trash can located on the street.
- Turn off all appliances, air conditioning and lights before check-out.

Please take care of the apartment as if it were yours.

Care related to the COVID-19 pandemic:
- For your own safety, we ask that you leave your street shoes inside the apartment (at the entrance) in an appropriate place and walk around the apartment without street shoes.
- We ask that you sanitize your hands as soon as you enter the apartment for your own safety.
- We ask that you use the cleaning materials we provide inside the apartment and sanitize surfaces whenever necessary.
